How to return a product to us?

Return by mail

Mail the items purchased online in defective condition, to the following address.  Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. You are advised to use a trackable postal service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure item are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be acceptable for returns.

Refund will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account or sent to your email within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. Strictly no cash refund will be allowed in any physical stores. 

Exchange at Store

Kindly drop your message to contactus@deckspl.com for further assistance. You will be advised through email for an exchange. Otherwise, we will mail the replacement item to you through SingPost. Find a Store here
